12375 PlaysBloxorz Instructions
Just like other brain games, the control scheme of Bloxorz is anything but fancy or complicated. The game is played entirely with the keyboard's left, up, right, and down arrow keys. Using these, you need to move and get your brick to the finish line. That's it for the controls, let's take a look at the game now.

Bloxorz Walkthrough
If you are looking for brain games that have a simple idea BUT showcases beautifully detailed execution, Bloxorz is an excellent candidate! The goal of the game is as straightforward as it could get: you need to tumble that block to the square hole at the end of the maze using your keyboard. That may sound a little too easy, BUT when you toss in mazes that are devilishly hard to get around, opening switches and bridges, teleporting devices, switches that split your blocks, it's a different story! Coming at you with 33 levels that are increasing in difficulty, this is a game that will keep you REALLY busy for a long time!
A Word Of Warning: Do not let your block(s) fall off the edges. When that happens, you lose a life. Also, there are a couple of things you need to keep in mind:
The X Switch - This switch needs more weight for it to be pressed. To do so, you need to stand on it using one of your block's shorter ends.
The Round Switch - Rolling over / triggering this one is very easy. Just roll over it, and VIOLA! The switch is on.
The "[ ]" Switch - This is the switch that splits your block into two pieces. After splitting, you can control and move them independently from one spot to another.
These switches introduce nice twists and turns... resulting to a host of interesting tactics and techniques, which the player can use to solve the up and coming levels... especially the harder ones. Oh! And before I forget, if you need to switch between block fragments, just hit the Space Bar button.
If you are playing this game at the office and you don't have time to finish the game in one go, here's the not-so-good thing: this brain game doesn't have any feature to save your progress along the way. However, it has a feature that somewhat patches things up. Every level that you beat gives you a password that will take you directly to that level. True, a saving feature is the best way to get that part done. BUT having a password system as an alternative is of course MUCH more appreciated than nothing at all. That said, don't forget to bring a pen and paper, and jot down the passwords when playing this game.
Being a puzzle / brain game, Bloxorz tests and improves certain cognitive skills that are essential for better decision making and day-to-day interactions. For one thing, this game helps improve your problem solving and processing speed. The latter is the ability to perform simple or cognitive tasks speedily. This also measures your brain's ability to work quickly and accurately while efficiently ignoring distracting stimuli.
You get a simple yet interesting brain game that trains crucial brain skills - this is Bloxorz. Without a doubt, this is another masterpiece delivered by Damien Clarke coming from DX Interactive. He's the same fella who brought other exceptional flash games such as JetSpeed, Silversphere, and Missile Game (all of them are 3D games by the way) to life.
If you are in the hunt for puzzle games that are VERY engaging, brain-teasing, and has all of the right elements (nice visuals and the like), Bloxorz is one of those brain games you simply have to check out.
